Obrang Culiat 2.0: Crisis to Opportunity bid by 2022 LSDD (and 2023 RSDD) Jester James Biluan qualified in the 2023 Asia Pacific Conference (ASPAC) Awards to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on , as announced in the JCI Philippines Area One Facebook page last January 18.
The project follows the first iteration of Obrang Culiat in 2020, which first gathered both job seekers and employers of Pampanga, most of whom have been partners of the chapter in its community projects. In 2022, Obrang Culiat listed more than 500 job seekers and implemented personality and career seminars under the Obra University.
Obrang Culiat won UNO awards in 2020 under the Best Local Economic Growth Program category, and was a finalist in the Best Local Global Goals category of 2022 UNO, the same category that brings it to ASPAC.
