1. The Culiat Advantage Card must be presented with a valid ID to receive discounts and/or perks.
2. Validity of this card is from January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023.
3. Other discounts or offers cannot be combined with this card. (e.g. Senior Citizen card, PWD card)
4. This card is non-transferable. Discounts and/or perks are only available to card holders.
5. Any discount and/or perk is not convertible into cash.
6. This card is valid for dine in and take out only.
