Angeles City, Philippines — JCI Angeles City Culiat conducted a productive Strategic Planning session on January 4, 2026, at Rewind Bar and Cafe, Angeles City. The event brought together the 2026 Board of Directors and Directors to align goals and strengthen the chapter’s roadmap for the year.

The session served as a vital platform for the incoming leadership to collaborate on the chapter’s vision and direction. The team engaged in interactive discussions and strategic exercises, focusing on refining project execution and maximizing community impact.

During the session, the officers outlined their departmental goals and finalized the calendar of activities for the upcoming term. The event concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie, highlighting JCI Angeles City Culiat’s commitment to sustainable growth and excellence, setting a solid foundation for 2026 initiatives.

Kicking off the year with a bold vision, the JCI Angeles City Culiat Board of Directors gathered at Rewind Bar & Cafe on January 4, 2026, for their Annual Strategic Planning. Under the leadership of LO President Atty. Allen Jeil L. Gerona and the theme “ALL IN TO NEW HEIGHTS,” the team established a comprehensive roadmap focusing on five key areas: impactful project implementation, member engagement, sustainable growth, strategic linkages, and effective internal systems. The session set the tone for a year defined by accountability, collaboration, and a problem-based approach to community service in Angeles City.

To ensure organizational stability and modernization, the planning focused heavily on operational excellence and digital transformation. Key initiatives include transparent financial reporting and automated systems led by the Treasury team, alongside a robust brand audit and multi-platform social media strategy—expanding to TikTok and LinkedIn—spearheaded by the Audit and Branding committees. With a specific goal of achieving Platinum PEA status and fostering future leaders through mentorship under the Executive Vice President, the chapter is committed to proactive management and internal integrity.

2026 promises unparalleled value for members and partners through revitalized programs across all sectors. The roadmap includes the launch of the Culiat Advantage Card and Culiat Business Club to boost local commerce, strengthened international collaborations, and a dynamic Baby Jaycees (BJC) program for youth development. From regular “Culiat Talks” trainings to high-impact community projects, the Board is officially “2026-Ready,” unified in their mission to go All In and take the chapter to new heights.
